What to Include in Your Message
To get the fastest and most accurate response, include: your product category (candles, ceramics, woven baskets, or pop-up cards), target quantity per SKU, customization requirements (OEM, private label, custom color or fragrance), your destination country and preferred shipping terms (FOB, CIF, or DDP), and your target FOB price range if you have one. What shipping terms do you support?
Standard terms are FOB Ho Chi Minh City. CIF and DDP arrangements are available through our logistics partners. Production lead time is typically 30–45 days after deposit for candles, ceramic planters and woven baskets, and about 2–4 weeks for pop-up cards. Sample production usually takes 7–14 days.
